GKCF General Membership Meeting
Fiesta Resort
Feb 25th, 2010 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Notice is hereby given that the Guam Kayak and Canoe Federation will hold its Annual General Meeting and Board Elections on February 25, 2010, 7pm, at the Fiesta Resort.
All questions and proposals must be sent in writing to the Secretary no later than 30days prior
to the date of meeting. Only those proposals and questions which have been sent on time and included in the agenda will be discussed during the meeting.
Nominations are being accepted for the board. Please submit them to the Secretary prior to the meeting.
The names of the delegates must be communicated to the Secretary prior to the opening of the General Membership meeting, indicating who has (have) the right to vote.
